A little bit about recolligo
Recolligo was founded with inspiration from my grandmother, who loved gathering and collecting antiquities. The Latin word recolligo, meaning “to gather, to collect,” felt like the perfect name—a tribute I believe Olive would have appreciated.
Living on the edge of the English Lake District with my partner Andrew, we share a passion for antiques and books—sometimes, too many books! We consider ourselves a pair of anachronisms, delighting in stepping back in time through our collections. We believe this collector’s spirit not only preserves history but also supports sustainability by giving treasures a new life.
At Recolligo, we carefully source each item to ensure authenticity and quality. We work closely with trusted partners, including Butterfield & French Antiques Emporium, to bring you unique pieces that have been thoughtfully preserved.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, transparent communication, and secure shopping experiences. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you for joining us on this journey to celebrate and preserve timeless treasures.
